Janet Jackson lanzará su 1er álbum en 7 años

Janet Jackson está por lanzar su primer álbum en siete años. La estrella del pop dijo en su cibersitio el miércoles que el disco, aún sin título, será publicado en el otoño por su propio sello, Rhythm Nation Records, vía Bertelsmann Music Group.

La cantante anunció el mes pasado en un video de un minuto que estaba volviendo a la música, con planes de salir en una gira mundial. La noticia resonó con fuerza en las redes sociales.

“La oportunidad de ser creativa en la música y cualquier forma de entretenimiento tiene un gran potencial aquí”, dijo Jackson en un comunicado.

Su último álbum de estudio fue “Discipline”, del 2008. Sus éxitos, que se remontan a mediados de la década de 1980, incluyen “What Have You Done for Me Lately”, “That’s the Way Love Goes” y “All for You”.
